What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

More flexible than Azure DevOps. Easier to use and more intuitive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Flexibility in setting the projects, either as Kanban or Scrum. Ability to customize. Using JQL for reports' customization

What do you dislike most about this product?

You can really get lost in setting the hierarchy (i.e. user stories, tasks , sub tasks, etc.)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The tool is extremely flexible, so you have to have a good idea how to structure your projects.

easy to use, have many different features, and easy to track tasks

no integration with other tools, such as Airtable

Definitely consider buying the product, it will be helpful for your team on a daily basis
