What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

The clear visibility into issues, tasks, stories and such with respect to progress is great.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use to create and track a task within minutes is a great thing to have.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Tasks are not allowed to be moved to specific states , without any error message given . Any more visibility would be appreciated .

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Create projects with specific goals instead of generalised aspects for more granulat control

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

The way you can structure and plan your project using JIRA. You can see what tasks other people on your team are working on so you're in sync with them. You can create tasks with priorities. It helps the managers and other devs to plan things accordingly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Super useful JQL(Jira Query Language) which makes finding the relavant issues super fast, it also has saved filter option whihc you can use to filter issues with multiple criteria and save them and next time, you just need to use the saved filters to see all the filtered issues(ie issues which are assigned to you in a specific project but not marked as done)

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes gets very, very slow and buggy and also if it were available as an app, that would be awesome so that it can also be used on various devices to manage agile-based projects.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

JIRA is helping me and my team manage Agile-based deliverables seamlessly, and we can track all the deliverables from requirement management to epics to stories to test cases in one place, which we were doing in an Excel sheet. So, using JIRA saves us a lot of time, and all of this has become accurate and easy to manage.

Status of an issue can be updated very easily hence whole team can be aware of the progress of any issue

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its the best product management tool, I do not have much to comment here
