What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira is an easy-to-use tool. You can assign stories, get the team velocity etc I would say it's a handy tool for the Agile model

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can easily tag and add comments to the stories. As soon as any comment is made you can get an email

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI is a bit confusing, It gives you too many options and even after using it for the last 5 years, I feel I get lost in the Journey. It's not just me all of my developer colleagues shared the same experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

UI and UX improvements.

Easy to use out of the box and provides excellent arrangements for different types of projects

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to drag and drop within the Kanban

What do you dislike most about this product?

Would be good if there was a desktop app for Windows, currently only exists for Mac

Ensure all teams are onboard and is used consistently across the business
