What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

As Salesforce Admin, I am getting tens of tickets daily and if there were not Jira to sort and prioritize them, I would be swamped by work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the prioritization in this tool, it makes my life a lot easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

sometimes sub tickets do not work properly and everything is getting messy

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend them to use available trainings in Jira to understand the tool comprehensively.
