Jira keeps the ticketing system in order

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
Since we have had Jira Service management in the office, everything has been going great because the ticketing system, complaints and incident reports are better distributed and customers are much more satisfied with the responsiveness we provide.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The work tracking management has been very useful, we have been able to see the work we do and the way we carry it out, to make improvements and corrections. The problem tracking management has also benefited us, since we can follow up on the reports we receive from our clients until they are resolved.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The design and layout of the main panel, with its many functions in sight, can be confusing, which makes it a bit slow to learn. The tickets could be generated a little faster, as currently there are many steps to create them. The complete installation of all the software, including the programs that are integrated, can be cumbersome.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Although it has a steep learning curve, this is one of the most complete software for customer service, incident reporting and ticket generation. Once the agent has the proper knowledge to run the program, customer service will be very easy.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
It helps us to keep our applications and software in proper functioning, it is a great tool for small and large companies that sell software and mobile applications, helping them to ensure that the software designed, have a proper functioning at all times and customers are always satisfied.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The workflow is very good, because it updates by itself, automatically all the errors and incidents that it can detect in the software. It also has a roadmap that is very useful to be able to keep an order with all the projects and pending updates, making the work go much faster.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The learning curve is quite high, it has some functions and tools that have been difficult to learn to use, to get the most out of the program and its interface is very unintuitive, its design tends to confuse and has not been very easy to learn to use. Although it has been worth the effort to learn it because it has generated many advances in the department.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
At first this software can be overwhelming, especially for people with little knowledge in the area, but once you adapt to all the functions, JIRA is a program that you can get the most out of for software development and programming. Highly recommended by our entire team.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
It is easy to integrate with the project management platforms. Easy to obtain reports and manage priorities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to add custom fields is very beneficial.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing really, it is very helpful in managing all tasks as compared to reviewing them over emails. There is a slight learning curve for end users as they need to login to another application to initiate a ticket.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Very useful! Work the investment. Helps in SLA management.
