What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
Jira supports 10 users in the free version and plenty of space to store all your issues and stories. The apps integration is the standing out aspect of Jira with awesome apps like timesheets, slack, zoho etc. The Dashboard and reports features are one of a kind.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The active sprint page distributed according to Epic links and statuses is my favorite aspect of this product. Status refresh is awesome and it is very easy to navigate to any ticket back and forth. You can easily copy any ticket link and filter according to epic links and assignees very conveniently.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Timesheet calender time logged sync is extremely annoying and you need workarounds as refreshing the page takes you away from the calender tab.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your team or organization is not using Jira for project or tasks management, then you need to immediately go live with Jira. You will be blown away by the amazing user interface with lots of superb features like Active Sprints, backlog, issues, reports and integration with any existing platform you use.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
I found it very easy to use as compared to some other similar tools ( This is one of the best for me )
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
1) Customizable Dashboard 2) So many filters 3) Charts for Issue Filters 4) Tracking of Issue
What do you dislike most about this product?
The overall Cost of the software is more for Mid-Level Companies. otherwise, the software is very good.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yes, If your company is following AGILE, then this is the must-have tool for you.
