What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Integration into third-party apps like Git, Bitbutcket, and Zendesk helps streamline our processes and visibility across teams

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its bug and Issue tracker, tracks the progress and resolution for the issues parked and gives the information needed to the management for tracking progress

What do you dislike most about this product?

Posting URL's in comments is changed into plain text preview of that URL

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Best for project organization and planning for agile teams that need to work asynchronously

The way we can track the tasks is wonderful. It works seamlessly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The feature of story, sub-story, tasks is awesome. You can divide major tasks into several sub-tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing so far. It is working like a charm.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We are loving it. If you are looking for project or task management tool, just go for it.
