What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
Jira Software has more integrations and more features than many of its competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Teams can start with a project template or create their own custom workflow. Jira Software issues, also known as tasks, track each piece of work that needs to pass through the workflow steps to completion.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Migration from other systems to Jira is a bit complex, as there's no automated process for that and it's mostly a manual process
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The Jira software works well for managing scrum boards and allocating resources to a task. When your Epics and Issues are set up properly, it can give you a good idea of where your team stands and the trajectory of your project. It is not the ideal solution if you need to provide documentation and support to people outside of your product teams or organization.
