It is useful for different types of users which includes designers, developers, projects managers and engineers. It also support and help to accomplish our projects. It provides single view of all type of our information and can generate the needed reports for various sprints such as burndown charts and sprint velocity etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reports are not reusable once we use them, they are not more available. Also, it has confusing user interface which is not much clear and needs to be bit more cleared

With Jira task management is done very perfectly for it allows collaboration of teams and it makes favourable to have a track on the whole process from development through to the release that helps monitor and has a test for the product that increases the confidence of the product.IT is also easy to use with the available information and also allows integration with other applications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In a way, it is not that easy to get it into use without the appropriate information, but later when one gets used it becomes easier to use and the best, with this I find nothing to dislike about the product.

To anyone considering this product especially developers doing the multi production and even for those doing the production in small scale this is the best product to consider and have use of it for it will always meet the desired demand and even goes to an extra mile of giving more than you expected.
