We have not had any inconvenience, it is ideal for saving and recording calls that are important to our business, it is an essential solution for the performance of our work team.

What differentiates Jiminny from other similar products?
Jiminny is a potent VoIP calling tool; it is loaded with features that have helped us to diversify our work, make communication with third parties more convenient, and has put at our fingertips a more effective way to start taking advantage of calls. Its function to record calls has helped us to extract customer data for our CRM, training of users that are being integrated into our support team, and provide feedback to try to improve the attention we give to customers. Functionally, it has been good; it has operated smoothly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Jiminny is used in my organization as a tool for communication, customer support, training, and feedback through calls. It is incredible how easy it is to initiate a meeting with third parties via VoIP calls and how much we can take advantage of its features and its integration with our CRM to extract data from the calls. It is an invaluable resource in our organization, especially in our sales, marketing, and customer success departments.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One drawback I have noticed with this software is your customer service team; moreover, integrating this program to some third-party applications such as Zoom is a bit complex.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
t's amazing how Jiminny can simplify everything for technical support, sales, and customer success teams by allowing them to run and leverage VoIP calls. The platform is easy to set up and use; it takes very little time to adapt and start taking advantage of its goodness.
