The ability to have transcripts done for you, the prompts are brilliant and the product is super easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing comes to mind now.

It is a great product for anyone looking to manage calls effectively and fantastic for internal trainings - coaching other team members or helping new employees get up to speed with call activities

The transcript in local languages is not working smoothly as well some connection issues appear from time to time in certain markets but this can be caused as well by the local provider
