*Support process can be tiring sometimes. Especially for level-1 and 2 support.

If you want to manage Apple devices, Jamf Pro is a great MDM solution.

Jamf development is always improving, adding features, crushing bugs

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customer service is one of the best out there, the account managers are always there, amazing service.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The GUI changes.. but I am just being picky

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't go try anything else for your Macbook / iOS fleet. You have to go with Jamf Pro.. don't even bother with Jamf Nation.. Just go Pro!
