Jaggaer is my go2 tool for complex sourcing events

What differentiates Jaggaer from other similar products?

I use Jaggaer for complex sourcing RFP bid events. The tool has the capacity to create Events with complex cost models specially the need to create configurable and multiple tab bid sheets. Jaggaer can also hold large amounts of datasets. Creating events is also easy but when there is complexity i know the tech support can always help me.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use and the ability to handle complex RFP designs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Jaggaer can improve its user interface. It can also look into improving its data visualization in areas of the RFP process like spend analysis, supplier activity during rounds, impact scenarios etc.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be creative. Maximize the functionalities and challenge Jaggaer just in case there is something new to build. Talk to their technical support team. They are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Complexity when we try to run ad-hoc reports.

It is ideal for larger institute & they have amazing in house consultants with expertise so deployment was really easy
