What differentiates Ivanti Neurons for ITSM from other similar products?

It has many of the same functions as other similar software, but Ivanti provides a more cohesive integration with the different modules.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to do some deep configuration to really personalize it to how the company operates is what I love best about this Ivanti IT Service Management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are so many features that it can get overwhelming for an admin for their first time using Ivanti.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My best recommendation is to pick the most critical three to four features needed first and then implement a slow rollout of other features. Think of Ivanti not as an IT solution but as a company-wide solution and get them involved. The value is to better management of end-users time and provide a high level of support. Also, other business lines within a company can take advantage of what Ivanti has to offer. So think holistically!!!!

What differentiates Ivanti Neurons for ITSM from other similar products?

The convenience of searching an asset makes it simple to locate a user's workstation, and the ability to simply place that asset into a scheduled package and push an installation to that user makes it simple enough for users who are not very technical.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workflow automation essentially removed all prior cost and time overhead on which the old system, which depended mostly on manual procedures, was based. It improved the efficiency and security of my sales team's client relationships.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no reporting integrated into the product; Ivanti does provide another tool with free licences, but if you are a cloud customer, you will need another instance to run the reports from; this should be included in the standard pricing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product is simple to use, and teaching end users on how to utilise it is equally simple. Ivanti provides a wealth of user documentation, and the community helps to improve the programme.

The tool's capacity to be customised is by far its most important differentiator vs competing tools. Its ITIL-certified practises may be utilised as guidance to help your firm become more "ITIL Compliant."

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy that I have complete control over the design of what the end user sees and the data I gather. This really aids in data analysis, allowing us to be more proactive when looking at patterns with equipment or training.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At times, it might be difficult to locate the information we want. How-tos and technical details The help pages are helpful, but they don't always feel thorough enough. Ivanti can also increase client communication by making it easy to access information and technical publications on their website, in my opinion. The community forums could also need some attention.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Examine all of the characteristics. However, don't become overwhelmed by all of the options. Begin small and work your way up. Allow your users to collaborate with you on creation and configuration.
