Codeless design, innovation, and usability. Cherwell is not satisfied with staying stagnant, they continue to grow to meet the demands of today's IT challenges.

any negatives with this product are heavily outweighed by the positive. don't buy the hype of ServiceNow, Cherwell is the real contender.

Concurrent licensing model, get the complete product as opposed to specific modules, no programming required to adminstrate or design

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

one-steps that allow you to do anything you need the application to do without any actual programming knowledge

What do you dislike most about this product?

even though the platform is at the current version, without turning to a 3rd party vendor, upgrading the content level to match the platform level is difficult

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure that at least someone takes the administrator course so that you can take full advantage of the features that this product offers.
