What differentiates Ivanti Neurons for ITSM from other similar products?
My experience with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM has been incredible for several reasons but the main one is its ability to understand context and intent. It sends alerts of incidences based on severity among other factors so your inbox is not flooded for nothing. In summary a good product that is rapidly evolving after integrating many features from the Cherwell Service Management suite.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We have really employed the Incident/Service request side of Ivanti. That is Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and Knowledge Management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The product looks a bit old-fashioned. The UI experience can be improved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The support is fantastic and the response times are always amazing with them usually calling you within the hour and the person that calls you is always a product expert. So choose the Enterprise Premium version.

Ivanti is is a lighter system to use with all necessary features we need for our large scale operation. It is user friendly and easily works with our existing system Easy enough to use yet sophisticated enough to handle our workflow.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The simplicity with the right functions in the right place
What do you dislike most about this product?
I am not sure yet. incompatibilities and shortcomings we discovered are dealt with by the supporting dev team to meet our needs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need a system for a large scale operation but want easy to use features and less complication. I think Ivanti is the way to go
