What differentiates Ivanti Neurons for ITSM from other similar products?

Concurrent licensing model, get the complete product as opposed to specific modules, no programming required to adminstrate or design

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

one-steps that allow you to do anything you need the application to do without any actual programming knowledge

What do you dislike most about this product?

even though the platform is at the current version, without turning to a 3rd party vendor, upgrading the content level to match the platform level is difficult

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure that at least someone takes the administrator course so that you can take full advantage of the features that this product offers.
