What differentiates Ivanti Neurons for ITSM from other similar products?
It allows me to collaborate with my team or other teams with a click of a button. There is a tracking feature in Cherwell that shows steps/changes made to the ticket which are really helpful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy to use, and intuitive. As a daily user, it is easy to Own a ticket, or Assign it to another user. I also love that it emails me the tickets so I don't have to be in the application as well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This may be due to our configuration, but if I click into a team member's tickets and I'm not a part of that member's queue, I won't be able to see their tickets.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yeah, I totally would.
