is intended for use by all business units.

What differentiates Ivanti Neurons for MDM from other similar products?
It is used in a variety of business units. We use basic help desk (Incident), problem, change, reporting, service requests, knowledge base, and automation between Ivanti Asset Manager EPM and other Ivanti products. Solicit proposals. Task flow diagrams. Help desks for individual business units. Automated product-to-product communication. Take your time deciding which modules you will need (Incident, Service, Problem, Change, and so on) before implementing them. Before you expand, get used to them. Because it can do so many things, deciding what you want it to do can be difficult at first. Excellent product for multiple departments' service.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Companies that use automation can customize the experience for their internal/external customers while also scaling out. Ivanti Service Manager (powered by Heat) is an excellent choice if you want and need to adhere to ITIL standards. ISM is the ideal solution for businesses that want to track changes, problems, and escalate requests on their help desk while also completing tasks with minimal customer interaction and wasted time. For businesses that would benefit from this feature set, Asset Management is an optional module. When the two parts are combined, the product is taken to a whole new level! There are too many notifications by default
What do you dislike most about this product?
The update sequence is not consistent with the other products; each incremental update must be installed. On-premises does not get as much attention as cloud. Cloud customers can access features years after they are released. The architecture of the product is in the process of maturing. This is less of a problem in the cloud, but it can be frustrating for on-premises customers. Perform a performance quality check before releasing new versions. Capability to search. It is less suitable for use as a large database because indexing takes time and the performance is poor. The initial response is usually quick, but resolving issues takes longer
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ivanti Service Manager (powered by Heat) is completely configurable and process-driven. By default, there are too many notifications, but they can be turned off or removed. We use Ivanti Service Manager in our company to provide end users with a robust tool for submitting requests and reporting incidents. Configuration Items aid us in the organization and management of the thousands of registered devices and systems. By incorporating workflows and approvals into our request offerings, we also provide a solution for managing / structuring business processes. When multiple systems and/or processes are in use, Ivanti Service Manager provides.
