Great Money saver, but not as much user friendly

What differentiates itilite from other similar products?

I can see so many options for booking flights, hotels and am able to check their price easily. Filters are also very helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It saves Money which matters a lot. Getting updates on the bookings is easy too

What do you dislike most about this product?

Tracking my bookings, knowing the next steps after booking, check with whom it's pending for approval is painful. The UI/UX across is very poor and inconsistent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Improve the user experience, clearly communicate the next steps. Show exactly how much savings have been there.

What differentiates itilite from other similar products?

User friendly and easy to use tool eliminating old school clerical task of chasing your counterparts to get a booking in place. Centralized solution which saves a lot of your productive hours and gets the job done in no time

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Everything under one umbrella and timely notifications on the overall progress which gives clear visibility on the overall request. No manually chasing the teams internally

What do you dislike most about this product?

None that i have come across

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pretty straight forward and easy to use tool for your Business travel and expense management
