What differentiates itilite from other similar products?

Itilite helps save organisation lot of money and helps optimise the travel and accommodation budgets. We have been able to save thousands of dollars using Itilite. The number of hotel listings and flights available on itilite helps offer employees a variety of options to finalise their bookings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customizable flights, accommodation, cab bookings at a single page offers a lots of convinience to the employees and helps boost productivity. Bookings can be done in a matter of seconds without having to wait for much time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Only area of improvement seems to be the cluttery user interface which can lead to confusion while making bookings. A customer care executive can also be provided to clear any doubts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure to explore the different plans available to choose from. One time training will go a long way in making the maximum out of Itilite.

Support team sometimes acts very bureaucratic and does not welcome suggestion to get travel booking sorted.

Be more open to suggestions and discussion with end user in case of support
