What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite thing about Issuetrak is that how flexible and easy it is to customize, even if you're not super tech-worker. You can set it up to match exactly how your team works, whether it's changing forms, creating specific workflows, or setting automatic actions to save time. It really feels like the software is working for you , not making you change how you already do things yo. That kind of simplicity and control makes a big difference, especially when dealing with lots of tasks or support requests every day.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most about this product is that, despite its appealing design and promising features, it tends to fall short in real-world performance. It can be frustrating when the product doesn’t deliver the level of reliability or user-friendliness expected, especially after investing time and money into it. Whether it’s occasional glitches, slow response times, or a complicated interface, these issues add up and take away from what could have been a much smoother and more enjoyable experience.

Issuetrak - gets the job done.

What differentiates Issuetrak from other similar products?
It is deeply customizable. With Issuetrak I am able to tailor fields , automation rules and user roles to match our team's process pretty quickly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the automation and workflow customization. I can set up rules so tickets get auto assigned , escalated, or updated based on status or department.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The user interface feels a little outdated. It does not have that modern looks and some screens might feel cluttered.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Always use the onboarding support they offer because their team is super helpful, also take time to plan your setup.
