What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?

This product was so much simpler to customize to our business case than others we had demoed. It feels more like it was made for us rather than trying to shoehorn our business into it. We had a third party do the initial work due to lack of manpower, but I truly believe we could have done it with onhand staff easily if time permitted.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customization, customization, customization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing honestly, it was a great experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Demo several products as you make your decision. Let your end users attempt to complete their standard tasks and let them judge usefulness. I had nothing but rave reviews from each after the trial period.
