What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
I really haven't used many other products to compare. iSolved is easy to use and customizable when needed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It saved me time when implemented. I started with time management in order to streamline time off tracking, payroll, and compensation. Then moved into Benefits management. It has been a time saver.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are somethings that the system does not do well, example note section for manager review only. I know there is note section and we use though viewed by both manager and employee. When we have coaching sessions or discussions we want to record a summary of what was discussed. There is not a decent way to do in system.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There are so many features that you need to make sure what you need. It is easy to get lost in the platform. Pay for what you need then figure out if other modules are necessary and beneficial to your organization.
