What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?

The support structure and staff are the best. Every time I call, there is little or no wait time until a knowledgeable person answers. 95% of the time the person is able to resolve my issue on the first call. Support staff are easy to understand with no communication barriers which is very important which is not the norm.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The wide variety of services is very helpful. I have confidence that serious issues like payroll taxes, COBRA, etc are being handled correctly. I also have confidence that my state's changing rules, laws, etc are up to date and being incorporated in real time. This is a huge relief to me as a business owner.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish all components of the platform worked together without multiple logins for each thing. For example, why aren't my COBRA services incorporated into my regular login? I'm new to the HR People Services (just signed u a few weeks ago) so I have not had time to work with it yet. Hopefully there isn't a different login for that as well. It gets a bit confusing. I think all add on services should be able to be accessed through the primary login dashboard.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The platform is fantastic and well worth the investment of time and money. However, implementation is time consuming. Be prepared to spend time accurately setting up your company, asking questions and getting trained. The more time you put into the implementation process, the easier it will be to move forward. The time is well worth it!

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?

Initially we were sold on the competitive pricing, but the features and ease of use are what made us stay with them over the years.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I used to have a dedicated rep, who knew us a client. Now we have a team, that doesn't know us as well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ask a lot of questions to make sure they do everything you need. As a small org, we didn't need that much. You might need more, which would inflate the pricing.
