What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
I am not sure anymore, when we first starting researching, their rewards option differentiated them from others. I don't know if it differentiates them but their customer services is outstanding.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Payroll and benefits, fast, easy and efficient. I have great confidence in the payroll service.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not like how you have to log into other sites for certain features such as employee reviews and/or rewards.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It doesn't matter how good a product is or is supposed to be if their customer service falls flat. In the two years we have used iSolved, most of my calls to CS is about how to do something (quickly without watching a video or searching for the solution). Just a few calls have been due to software glitches or having to reverse something I have done erroneously. But either way, my call is answered very quickly by a real human and they either have the answer or escalate it to someone who does.
