What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?

Most of the systems I've used give the user/admin the ability to create their own policy and "rules" in house - It's frustrating to try and do this while collaborating via email and waiting on a response - There are SO many things I want to do but I can't take the time to create cases/calls to "try" something only to find out I can't even access it, let alone "play" with it

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Relatively easy to use if your used to using CRM type systems

What do you dislike most about this product?

- The reporting feature is awful

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take your time and understand your needs before calling. They have alot to offer but just get what you need, at first anyway.
