Without a doubt, the customer service. If you assigned rep is not available when you call in, you have access to other team members for assistance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Certain features cannot be tailored for our use. Such as the "notes" section.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product has been cost saving to our organization as iSolved keeps processes up to date with regulatory changes.

The user friendly features and great customer service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Payroll feature is excellent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Implementing rules can be tricky if the service rep has not communicated it correctly. Price increase is yearly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great tool for employees that are self efficient.
