Identify your needs ahead of shopping for a vendor. iSolved has many features and you might not need all of them.

The customization that is offered

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of system-level settings. The system does not reduce administrative work nearly as much as I'd hoped

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do a deep dive into all the functionality being sold. Request numerous demos and a sandbox environment to test out said functionality to see how it works.
