What differentiates isolved to other products is their agile product development approach and the speed in which they enhance the platform all combined with a strong commitment to listening to end users business requirements.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

User interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not having a dashboard of open/closed case tickets submitted to isolved customer service.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It’s an easy product to learn…take time to learn the product and platform. Policy groups and eligibility rules are important, so take time to get those setup correct at time of your initial implementation.
