What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?

isolved has alot of great features that other payroll systems do have or don't offer. There is a reason why they are a leader in the industry. The only areas I would say they are really lacking in is their customer service. It could be better. Otherwise I think they have a great, easy to use system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The application tracker. Its nice to have a one stop shop to post positions to multiple sites at once and not have to log in individually into all of these accounts to post a position.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far we have not had a positive experience with the 401k integration. We were told it would take 6 weeks and we paid 2600 for it and its now been almost 5 months and the integration is still not complete. This has been a frustrating experience

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great payroll system and there are alot of features that comes with your license. Make sure to explore everything, as many features will make your life alot easier.

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?

It's very user-friendly for end users, meaning less training involved

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that my ATS and HCM is integrated into one system. This makes onboarding very easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Editing timecards should be easier than it currently is. There are a lot of clicks involved if a manager/supervisor needs to edit. I also wish I had more insight into the status of tickets. Sometimes my client services representative is on it with immediate responses, other times I will go weeks with no response and will have to follow up on a ticket myself - especially if the Time and Attendance has to get involved. Time and Attendance are exceptionally terrible at working/completing new tickets.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend iSolved if you have a team of IT people who know how to work there way around a HCM themselves. If you are a small company and need more immediate support, there might be better alternatives for certain situations. Overall, iSolved has helped me to become more efficient as a one-person HR department for a staff of over 50 people.
