What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
Not sure. I do not have experience with other HRIS systems to compare iSolved to. iSolved provide more features than needed. I like the basics to work really well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Data access and customer support in helping me to solve problems, identify the best way to get answers and for educating me.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Expense Management. The system does not allow for auditing for mistakes or double entries. Running a report after the submitted is possible but it is time consuming and cumbersome.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Identify what you need to do your business before shopping for a solution. iSolved products provide more features than needed and I imagine that's true for all products out these.

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
Without a doubt, the customer service. If you assigned rep is not available when you call in, you have access to other team members for assistance.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Certain features cannot be tailored for our use. Such as the "notes" section.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This product has been cost saving to our organization as iSolved keeps processes up to date with regulatory changes.
