What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
I like the convenience of having previous paycheck statements in my hands. My workers like being able to view their pay records and past paystubs - and this is a huge help to me since I'm completing employment confirmations! When I want assistance with a problem, I just write an email and somebody responds fast.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Despite having little expertise with payroll system, I was pleasantly surprised by how simple it would be to grasp iSolved. The instruction I got was excellent. The customer service has been excellent, which is usually far more valuable than flashy bells & whistles.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I possess one user that is constantly having trouble logging in. Instead that, there isn't anything problematic.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I strongly recommend investing time in installation to ensure suitable back-end controls are developed so that things flow smoothly for your company's framework and policies.
