The true single database for all employee information is a large differentiator.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to customize the system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the build out pieces such as the scheduling feature. The feature is basic and could use additional build outs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for an easy to use, customizable system with a full-suite, this is a great product.

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?

Being a small business, the level of customer services we receive is very important. With Isolved I feel like we matter. Always fast reliable customer service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the people Cloud, it gives our employees access to all of their information

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have a hard time building my own custom reports

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

No payroll is to complex.
