A myriad of features and great customer service

What differentiates Invoca from other similar products?
The customer service was always the differentiating feature. We came over as Dialogtech Customers after the acquisition, but were still pleased that Invoca was as committed to customer service as DialogTech was
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to narrow down to very specific call contexts using the Call Signals features, and the ability t customize them fully to match your business.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be a little overwhelmingly complex if you don't really need to suite of capabilities, which makes navigating it difficult. I find myself e-mailing my customer success rep something just on how to find a feature I know I have used before.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Invoca to anyone looking for a call tracking and call intelligence solution. I do think it's important to make an outline of what it is you want to get out of it and the business goals you are trying to achieve, as setting it up from the start will help a lot.
