What differentiates Intermedia Unite from other similar products?

Intermedia Unite has call management features, which controls and allows people to make calls. Furthermore, has the session control features, where evens are easily managed. Lastly, Intermedia Unite reaches people in each corner of the world, making it universally reliable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The aspect of analysis and consolidated reporting are features I adore in Intermedia Unite pack. Furthermore, the controls of communication processes, where each person is directly treated equally. And the sharing of content, more so documents is a feature that works effectively for Intermedia Unite.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Intermedia Unite lacks a lead management, which is vital in accommodating clients. Also, it makes them feel acknowledged and their satisfaction levels increases. The aspect of flexibility in its design is another important factor to be considered.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Intermedia Unite is a successful communication factor in any company.. It goes beyond what companies require, as it manages sessions by controlling times and calls. The analytical approach of this application to discussions and people's concerns is another important aspect.

What differentiates Intermedia Unite from other similar products?

Combines an absolutely phenomenal phone - featuring video, text, etc, with a mobile app employees can carry on with full functionality without even having the phone! Great solution where corporation wants to be able to reach employees at all times when needed regardless of where, what, when the mobile app liberates your work phone to your mobile phone. Also has nice integration features with CRMs and - much more. Great Product Id recommend.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the seamless portability its mobile app offers making employee preferred mobile devices extensions of the Unite phones.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing really - keep pushing, innovating, expanding - integrating Brainstorm keep ahead of the competition with value adding features - that way will make it most likely can keep using them!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look at all the products, ask a few trusted experts.. then TRY out the products they offer including hyped items like mobile apps etc - do they really deliver the value potentiation you are looking for. Everyone has own use case
