What differentiates Intercom from other similar products?

Intercom have Messenger screensharing module which allows clients to share their screens with support operator for an easier resolution and helping the support agent to easily understand and identify the root cause of customer's issue

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to build automations with no code visual editor of Intercom and at an affordable rates. Also the tool provides insights from each support operator and AI for training purposes and which helps us improve productivity

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I would recommend Intercom because it is easy to use and support a larger number of modules like marketing and customer support service

What differentiates Intercom from other similar products?

When clients send me messages or want to "chat" with me, I use Intercom. We conduct internal research to respond to customer technical and product inquiries, such as issues, new features, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the things I like is the user interface, it is easy to use allowing you to quickly communicate with customers and even upload screenshots with ease.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sort messages by categories, Make the notification sound better when it arrives, Ability to edit previously sent messages, Not cheap or easy for one-person or small business operations

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Intercom made it possible to easily integrate real-time chat support, consumer engagement, and lead generation capabilities into a single platform.

What differentiates Intercom from other similar products?

Intercom has faster AI resolution, "FIN," which is easy to implement and can use external resources like company website, knowledgebase and articles to resolve customer questions, which saves us a lot of time

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the product tour and guide which we use to promote our new products and promotions through the live chat widget and this gives us good engagement with clients

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing of the software is so expensive compared to other live chat software

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this tool because it is faster and works perfectly fine for customer success and management
