What differentiates Intercom from other similar products?

Deployment of the chat widget and integrating is so straightforward without any technical guides, Intercom integrates well with other resources like sparrow survey to collect enough feed right from the tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Social media integrations with Facebook, WhatsApp, twitter and Instagram, which gives us the best dashboard to manage all chats from one place, support is available and the technical team are more responsive to resolve issues

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can turn to be expensive as you are supposed to pay for every Individual's seat, this cost can affect the ROI of the business but besides that, the tool works fine

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For a professional service, I would recommend to start with intercom
