What differentiates Intelligencebank DAM from other similar products?
1. Integrity between what's advertised, the functionality offered in the sales call, and what is priced and delivered; a superb experience. 2. Superior product roadmap demonstrating an understanding of customer requirements needed during the growth and expansion phases of business. 3. Timely customer care/response time. 4. The platform experience is becoming more elegant and efficient with every version, A true competitive differentiator, and why a long-term relationship is important to achieving a high ROI.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Once the team is trained on the platform, they can execute projects precisely. The key is documenting your department's workflow and processes to help with new employee onboarding. Overall, there are raves for the Search and Find Content functionality, particularly with multiple versions of 'almost the same' content created.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Our team of core users must train other departments. We often speak about more specific video tutorials, one for each function that is short and can be played without sound since some of our teams sit in cubicles.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Understand your company's technology purchase approval and implementation cycle; is it 3 months or 6 months? When you need to stand up the platform with everyone trained? The platform administrator needs to be process-driven + highly creative to solve one-off challenges + goal-driven. The platform administrator can come from the creative, business, or technical side and successfully work with Intelligence Bank to deliver a superior ownership experience.

Limited use case, but solid tool

What differentiates Intelligencebank DAM from other similar products?
Intelligencebank offered a surprisingly wide breadth of features. While we did not utilize all of them for our use case, I did not see other DAM options available that offered the same variety.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoyed being able to build customer form templates, then have my team fill them out during an incident. Tracking incidents and forms was made easy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I ran into some quirks or bugs here and there, and was not able to get some of them figured out, even with support.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The annual cost was surprisingly low, at least when I was using it. Unless the startup/implementation fees were high (which I was not around for), give it a try.

Excellent tool for managing digital content

What differentiates Intelligencebank DAM from other similar products?
One of the things that differentiate this presentation tool from other similar ones is its easy implementation since it can be used in various ways in the cloud, SaaS, web or by downloading and installing it on Windows or Mac operating systems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the most favorable aspects of this tool is its intuitive functionalities since a search can be easily carried out by adding filters to limit the content that we only want to be displayed. I also really like the functionality of being able to create comments on the images or projects that we present since this helps us to have a better perception of the type of content we are creating and to be able to improve it based on the ideas of other participants of our team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the things I don't like about Intelligencebank is that there is no way to zoom in on the images that are being presented and I also don't like that the links don't update automatically, that is if I wanted to add new content. to a link that a member of my team already had, they will not be able to see the changes I have made and I would have to provide a new link.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is an excellent tool to present new ideas, projects and get noticed. I would definitely recommend it.
