What differentiates InMoment Experience Intelligence from other similar products?

The interface is simple and easy to use and setting feedback channels is very easy and straightforward. The integration team was great to work with as we set things up. however the lack of dashboard widget options and depth of reporting is a big turn-off for companies that need in-depth reporting capabilities using the out of the box dashboard widgets.

The dynamic highlighting of tags and sentiment within the text of all customer feedback

Dashbooards and reporting capabilities

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want something really simple to get started with that is easy to set-up for basic sentiment analysis across customer feedback channels, InMoment is a great fit. However, if you want in-depth reporting and dashboard capabilities, you will need to purchase add-ons and other packages which makes the service extremely expensive versus other options.
