They have an rewarding system, other software has not this option

I would definitely recommend this to an other business related friend, infosec is an big and learnful platform.

What differentiates Infosec IQ from other similar products?

Infoseq IQ provide great security , endpoint protection , reporting and attack response. The platform has functionalities that work as advertised.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to test users through Infoseq IQ. Through the platform one can take the users through cyber training. The reportng on the platform is amazing it gives information about who gets phished. There are prebuilt campaigns that can be used as is or modified to remove or even add some modules of learning from the program of employees. There is a phishing simulator available and phishing campaign that are easy to run. There is a forecast or anticipation of issues that may occur and more than that contigencies. We are able to offer security training to our employees.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is not a wide variety of courses. The UI is ot simple.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Infoseq IQ is a great platform for training and security. I highly recommend the platform.

Content Quality The content of training is of high quality and goes to the desired level of depth regarding security best practices, while still engaging end users.

Simulated Attacks There is the ability to perform simulated end-user attacks. This includes mock spear-phishing, SMS phishing, and phone social engineering.

Topic Breadth The breadth of training topics being covered is broad and fairly comprehensive, including industry-specific or compliance-based topics as needed.

Ease of User Management The CBT product is easy to use and administer with multiple end user groups and to regularly manage the awareness and training program.

LMS Integration Provides full LMS capabilities by either being SCORM-compliant (integration with an existing on premise LMS) or by providing SaaS-based LMS capabilities.

Customizability Training content can be modified or customized to organizational needs. This can be done through the product itself or by direct request to the vendor.

Just in Time Alerts Integration with other security technologies, such as DLP, EPP, etc. allows users to be warned before taking potentially dangerous actions.
