What differentiates Infosec IQ from other similar products?

Infosec IQ is continuously looking for ways to upgrade and stay relevant. I love the wide selection of content available as well as the never ending capabilities for customization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product has to be their content library. They provide modules that are engaging and relevant, which is a huge win! They also have these gamification modules where users can "choose their own adventures" by selecting different possible outcomes in a scenario.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no dislikes at the moment.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend trying out a demo to fully grasp the endless possibilities this product has to offer. It has been such a great 1 year of implementing this platform to our employees. I can confidently say that our employees have definitely gained a lot more insight on cybersecurity, and are much more aware when dealing with suspicious emails and/or websites.

What differentiates Infosec IQ from other similar products?

InfoSec IQ has great user friendly interface and it has latest update content so users can use the product easily and able to interact with the content more effectively and also when comparing to other similar products price is also reasonable so buying this product for organization is really worthful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This product has latest updated security awareness content and it is really easy to interact with the content for the users and it is easy to understand the content easily and it has more interactive graphical level content.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not have anything to dislike about the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great product for security awareness trainings so I can recommend this product for large scale organizations to improve the security awareness of the users.

Content Quality The content of training is of high quality and goes to the desired level of depth regarding security best practices, while still engaging end users.

Simulated Attacks There is the ability to perform simulated end-user attacks. This includes mock spear-phishing, SMS phishing, and phone social engineering.

Topic Breadth The breadth of training topics being covered is broad and fairly comprehensive, including industry-specific or compliance-based topics as needed.

Ease of User Management The CBT product is easy to use and administer with multiple end user groups and to regularly manage the awareness and training program.

LMS Integration Provides full LMS capabilities by either being SCORM-compliant (integration with an existing on premise LMS) or by providing SaaS-based LMS capabilities.

Customizability Training content can be modified or customized to organizational needs. This can be done through the product itself or by direct request to the vendor.
