What differentiates Informatica Master Data Management from other similar products?

It's bit easy to implement,use compared to other similar softwares in the market. It is very easy to integrate with the informatica master data management tool and get or post the data with the same tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use , implementation and integration features and functionality.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The product or company is growing and sometimes support response from the support team is not that great it can be improved i feel.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Nothing much that i have observed as a major draw back or issue during my tenure of use apart from the support . The implementation is easy compared to other tools out there so anyone considering easy implementation and someone relied more on integration to fetch the data ,i feel it's very useful in this aspects and can definitely be considered.

What differentiates Informatica Master Data Management from other similar products?

identifying the best version of the truth for master data. It provides a means to easily set trust and validation of multiple source systems to fine tune the resultant master data. It allows apply business rules. it will support any etl tools. Informatica MDM allowed for a faster stand-up of our sap hana environment.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It gives more value to your business. It has lot of features (Faster and easy to maintain) It will support to any etl tools and it is easy to build the MDM

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its scalability should also be improved. New machine learning could be added to Informatica MDM Currently, when we are creating any staging of base object tables, all the columns have to be configured manually in the Informatica Hub Console. A lot of tables and different kinds of business columns have to be configured manually. There should be an automated process for this, especially in the Dev environment. When people are creating tables and columns from scratch, if there is a backend automated process for that, it would be really helpful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Currently, when we are creating any staging of base object tables, all the columns have to be configured manually in the Informatica Hub Console. A lot of tables and different kinds of business columns have to be configured manually. There should be an automated process for this, especially in the Dev environment. When people are creating tables and columns from scratch, if there is a backend automated process for that, it would be really helpful.

What differentiates Informatica Master Data Management from other similar products?

Informatica is a highly dependable tool, and with cloud data management, it now assists us in meeting cloud demands as well, making it a perfect package for enterprises as an integration and data management tool on the cloud. It's reasonable to say that we couldn't have done it without Informatica.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

According to my experience, the most significant aspects of Informatica MDM are that it is cloud-enabled and has all of the pieces that an MDM solution should have. I found all the features that I needed for managing our data. I also adore its integration with all SAP and non-SAP applications. Overall the user experience provided by Informatica MDM is pretty nice.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Informatica MDM is not a very difficult tool but it requires basic knowledge about how to use all features with confidence for this purpose. They also provide videos on YouTube to help their customers and they also add new functionality according to time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Informatica MDM has a lot coming out in terms of solutions, which is an advantage for them. Although they are continuously adding new features, they keep you growing with time. However, there is a lot of configuration required to keep the service running.
