Nothing as such other than the fact it is too customizable which can make it difficult sometimes to make the application fully System driven.

go for the product if you are in a need of system which you want to be more focused on your organization needs,

Ease of use, premium features and functionality, intuitive configuration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Absolute ease of use with intuitive user interfaces and quick learning path.

What do you dislike most about this product?

RF interfaces are a challenge at times and ownership and implementation tend to be pricey.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product does exceptionally well with complex 3PL, manufacturing, high-value goods and health care. Less competitive in the retail space. Scaleable and can grow seamlessly with an organisation. Cost of ownership is justified in larger, multi-warehouse operations requiring the more complex functionality that competitors cannot provide. Infor WMS is quick to innovate and adopt cutting edge technology. Unfortunately, quality is sometimes an issue.
