What differentiates Infor Talent Management from other similar products?

Employee check-in and check-out records are correct and far needed to judge their performance, and helpful information is obtained with this system. Careful and simply accessible reports. It promotes the great performance of the workers, it motivates them to be better, since the results of their effort is registered within the system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The most vital factor concerning Infor HCM is that the recording of worker data, it’s simple to access the reports and extremely helpful for managing the workforce. We’re using GHR, thus having an integrated talent acquisition program is a large benefit. Support from Infor has been nice so far. Infor Talent Management is extremely versatile for our needs, permitting our users to input a lot of required data that’s used across multiple data systems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The system lacks a number of intuitive designs that might be useful in gathering the user information that we need for different tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a software system that I faithfully advocate for hr managers because it generates productivity for staff, the data recording is accurate, from the entry to the exit of the workers, the payroll management is excellent, it’s a software-based on the cloud, generates productivity and therefore the information recorded by the system is true, employees are motivated to be higher because this technique records their data.
