It is quite easy to learn and use the user interface. The tool's reporting and comparison capabilities between different data threads are excellent and simple to emulate. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It really is a great tool since it also tells me who is and is not viewing our communications, allowing me to connect with people who have an interest in the mails and actually saving us time from sending an email to those that are not. To simply engage with my clients and potential clients, I can also construct categorized groups, mails, and automatic processes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's really tough to download or transmit data regarding ads and supplier information out of this application, which is a persistent problem in our industry. It goes out as a number identification, but to make it simpler, we really need names of ads, etc. Managing all of these spammy contacts and attempting to remove them from my system takes some effort.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
