On the positive note, Image Relay is chock-full of features, but the one thing I noticed is that it doesn’t have a photo editor. Most of the time, people need to go to other apps just for simple changes, and this breaks the flow of work. Yet another disadvantage is the lack of a dedicated native mobile application, which might affect the availability for mobile teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Working with Image Relay has been quite a wonderful experience for the team. Soon, we created a central image library to collate all the images used to integrate and optimize the processes, which are disorganized. The ease of use and simplicity of the collection of data is fantastic. It provides a clean and central hub to collect and store all data needed for item set up and marketing needs. As well it's super easy to navigate and has features that allow required access to outside users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The central hub for all assets is so essential. I work for an organization that operates in different countries, cities and across multiple accounts. So many of the sales and marketing team will never interact or even know what projects each other is working on and what assets are already created. Image relay provides that central hub that is so easy to use.

If you've ever wasted time trying to track down assets needed then this is the solution. It's so user friendly and such a key tool, especially for those in sales and marketing.
