Very efficient product, great service

What differentiates IGT ADVANTAGE from other similar products?

Unfortunately I did not get to experience other products similar to IGT Advantage.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That it is simple to install and use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not the product so much, but the support was always not as great as I hoped especially during upgrades.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To make sure you have really good support with upgrades.
