What differentiates IGT ADVANTAGE® from other similar products?

Not sure, I have only used IGT. M2 was used briefly when I was first hired on.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Product support and consistantcy

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not deal with money, but everything seems expensive to implement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take your time on network design with them, my casino had already approved of the network design before I was hired and it hinders us in the current forum.
