IFS is clean and use multi-user access. quick processes and handle many requests at one time,

It's getting slow with multiple request and transactions

As a daily user, It's fine software but needs more customization to the company requirements, sometimes it feels we do the way what software needs.

That is cannot add certain things myself to drop downs that only admins can add the options.

Make sure that you can add fields without having to pay for them to be added.
